We take the health of our patients and staff seriously.  Until further notice, the following precautions are in place:

• Call the office from your car when you arrive for appointment
• Everyone over age 10 MUST kindly wear a facemask
• Guest Policy: only 1 parent and patient can enter
• Observe Social Distancing of 6 feet
• Please use our hand sanitizer at the front desk
• We will perform a mandatory temperature for all who enter.

1. Are you today suffering from any of the following symptoms: Cough, fever (temp over 100°F), shortness of breath or respiratory distress
2. Within the last 14 days have you: been in contact with a known COVID individual? Travelled outside Texas? Had exposure to someone with fever/cough?
